Ban Rom Fa Thai, Chiang Rai

Dok Siao Ban, or the Blooming Siao Flower Festival at Phu Chi Fa, is held during February 13 -15. There are sports competitions and cultural performances from hill tribes at Ban Rom Fa Thai in Amphoe Thoeng.

The first half of the Ladies Asian Golf Tour 2009 season kicks off with the Thailand Ladies Open at The Vintage Golf Club from Feb 18-20. The three-round event offers a prize purse of US$120,000. A total of 120 players from over 10 countries will be participating.

AKA HILL TRIBES MINI LIGHT AND SOUND PRESENTATION
Doi Mae Salong, Chiang Rai

Chiang Rai province hosts its annual light and sound show that presents insights into the culture and daily life of the Aka hill tribes, resident in hilltop villages in Chiang Rai. The shows are scheduled on January 10, February 14, March 14 and April 11 and run from 5:30 – 7:30 PM.
